The Magic Tree offers a range of bespoke yoga classes for children, teens and adults. Browse the classes available below.
ADULT YOGA
Improve your flexibility, fitness and wellbeing with The Magic Tree’s adult yoga classes. Classes are held on Mondays to Thursdays and run for 90 minutes.
THERAPEUTIC CLASSES
We use specific props and specialised adjusting, focusing on pelvic floor work, correcting body alignment and teaching correct use of the body to relieve sore parts of the body.
MUMS & BUBS YOGA
A 6-week course focusing on reconnecting and strengthening your pelvic floor that is specifically designed for mums after child birth.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
We offer individualised sessions to work on your specific needs - physical. mental and emotional. Sessions are available for adults, children, teens and families.
TEEN YOGA - STRETCH & MEDITATE
This NEW online programs helps teens cope with anxiety and stress by focusing on breathing techniques, meditation and yoga stretching.
KIDS YOGA & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING - ONLINE
This NEW online program teaches children emotional awareness on a yoga platform. Children learn how to better self regulate their emotions and become better equipped with skills needed to overcome challenges now and into the future.
KIDS YOGA & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING PROGRAM - LEVEL 1
A beginners program that teaches children brain gym (to connect L + R sides of the brain), breathing techniques and yoga stretching. Delivered in-person, once a week during the school term.
KIDS YOGA & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING PROGRAM - LEVEL 2
Our Level 2 class builds on the Level 1 class. Kids consolidate and build on previous learnings and become more emotionally aware and resilient. This aids in their feeling of self empowerment and becoming more “comfortable in their own skin.”
