Stretch & Meditate Program for Teens

The Stretch & Meditate Program helps teens cope with anxiety and stress by focusing on breathing techniques, meditation and yoga stretching. The program teaches teens how to calm themselves and regulate their own feelings, giving them tools to help deal with anxiety and stress. It teaches them to recognise and prevent becoming entangled in other’s emotional webs, helping teens to sleep better and think more clearly. This program empowers teens to be able to deal with challenges now and into the future.

For ages 12+ years.

Max of 10 participants - as classes are interactive.

Happy for a parent to do along with their teen for no extra charge.

Class info:

A 8-week program within the WA school term.

When:

Tuesdays, 6 pm to 7 pm.*

• 60 MINUTES

OR

Thursdays, 5 pm to 6 pm.*

• 60 MINUTES

Cost: $240 for the 8-week program.

Accessing the class:

This class is taught online via Zoom. You will be emailed the Zoom link and password prior to class starting.

You will need:

  • A computer, laptop or tablet.

  • A mat or towel to lie on.

  • An extra folded towel.
