Mums Yoga - PELVIC FLOOR COURSES
Pelvic Floor Focus
The Magic Tree runs a 6 WEEK PELVIC FLOOR COURSE, focusing on reconnecting and strengthening your pelvic floor - specifically for Mum's after child birth. Proper pelvic floor engagement is essential for the correct movement and functioning of your body.
This class also includes Yoga specifically to help realign the body, which is helpful during and post pregnancy. Because of the extra stresses placed on the body with breast feeding and carrying your new bub, the class can help ease tension in the body.
Monday’s class is a soothing class to help ease tension in the body and mind - Mums /Women only.
and
Wednesday’s class is to aid Mums (with Bubs). Bubs are welcome to the Wednesday class!
