Kids Yoga & Emotional Wellbeing Classes

We teach basic yoga - incorporating brain gym and breathing techniques for kids 5 -12yrs.

Brain gym connects the right and left hemispheres of the brain so children can better take in and process academic information.

Teaching children breathing techniques helps children deal with stress and anxiety now, and going forward.

Yoga helps with focus, resilience, coordination, balance, core strength, sleep, improving the immune system, strength and so much more… please refer to our “Kids Yoga and Emotional Wellbeing Level 1.”

This course is perfect for primary school aged kids.

Please note that we do these classes online so more kids have greater accessibility due to location and economic reasons, however it will not be the complete course covered in “ Kids Yoga and Emotional Wellbeing Level 1.”
